This is a hands-on site role for someone who enjoys leading from the front—keeping trades moving, supporting site leadership, and maintaining safe, organised worksites. You’ll be backed by clear systems, capable Site Managers, and a builder that actively develops its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Coordination: Support the Site Manager with daily workflow and sequencing.
• Trade Supervision: Supervise subcontractors to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Logistics: Assist with deliveries and site logistics to keep the project on track.
• Safety First: Help enforce WHS standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure site compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain site records and contribute to progress reporting.

About You

• Trade Background: Carpentry background is strongly regarded.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Leading Hand or in a senior on-site role within commercial construction.
• Proactive Mindset: Safety-focused, organised, and ready to lead by example.
• Visa Status: Open to local residents and Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders; sponsorship is also available for the right candidate.
