Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook, who can also serve customers, to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and is committed to consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Serve customers for their cooked orders, as well as the fresh seafood
• Set up and stock assigned stations with necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Work efficiently during service to ensure timely, high-quality output
• Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members
• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and minimizing waste

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
• Experience Serving Customers
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
