Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tandoori Chef or chef in an Indian restaurant

• Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking or curries (naan, roti, tikkas, etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

• Consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene

• Team player with a positive attitude
