Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for a fresh start in 2026? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a long-standing, family-owned beef processing business that continues to grow year after year.

Based in regional NSW, you’ll lead the site’s maintenance function, ensuring all plant, equipment and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime.

You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting production performance, and fostering a strong maintenance culture across the site.

About the Role

• Lead the site maintenance team and oversee all preventative and reactive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Manage contractors, budgets and maintenance planning
• Support engineering upgrades, capital works and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with production and management teams to minimise downtime and drive operational performance

About You

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role
• Background in food manufacturing, red meat or FMCG preferred
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, preventative systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
