The Marketing Specialist is a senior-level role responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy, brand management, and overseas market expansion initiatives. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company's transition from a traditional real estate agency into an integrated real estate agency and property development business.
This role requires strong strategic vision, proven leadership capability, extensive international market experience, and solid brand management expertise.

Strategic Marketing & Planning
Develop, implement, and continuously refine long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
Translate corporate growth goals into actionable marketing and brand strategies
Support senior management in strategic planning, market positioning, and long-term business development
Overseas Market Expansion
Lead marketing initiatives targeting overseas markets, with a primary focus on Europe and North America
Experience in either European or North American market development is required for this role
Plan and execute international market entry and growth strategies
Conduct overseas market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling
Support international business development activities and cross-border partnerships
Team Leadership & Execution
Lead, manage, and mentor marketing team members
Allocate resources effectively and oversee campaign execution
Set performance objectives and ensure delivery against agreed targets
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies where required
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor marketing performance, brand metrics, and market trends
Analyse data and provide insights, reports, and strategic recommendations
Continuously optimise marketing activities based on performance and market feedback
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Essential Requirements
Minimum 10 years' relevant professional experience in marketing, with strong exposure to international or overseas markets
Proven experience leading teams to successfully develop European and/or North American markets
Demonstrated experience in brand management, brand strategy, and long-term brand building
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan, execute, and scale marketing initiatives
Master's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Preference for candidates who have completed at least one degree in a country where English is an official language
