We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our agricultural operations team. This role involves maintaining and repairing farm machinery and vehicles to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose faults in engines, transmissions, and mechanical components.
Dismantle, repair, and reassemble engines and systems.
Perform scheduled services like oil changes, lubrication, and tune-ups.
Test and adjust repaired parts for performance.
Use diagnostic tools and manuals to identify issues.
Keep accurate maintenance records.
Help with parts ordering and inventory.
Monitor fuel systems and equipment readiness.
Ensure machinery meets safety and operational standards.
Maintain a clean, safe workshop per Australian regulations.
Assist with transport of equipment and parts.
Support junior staff as needed.
Ensure equipment is maintained for peak periods.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant work as a Motor Mechanic with a trade qualification or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems, preferably agricultural.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather, good physical fitness, and workplace English proficiency.
Valid Australian work rights or visa eligibility.
Working Conditions
Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods

Employment Conditions
Salary of $65,037 per annum, plus superannuation
Overtime and entitlements in accordance with applicable legislation and awards
