About the Role
We have multiple Occupational Therapy roles available across Australia, including mobile, community, and clinic-based positions.
You will work with children and families, supporting developmental outcomes through evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. Our clients receive referrals through NDIS, private, and Medicare pathways.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a clinic based and mobile caseload across homes, schools, and community settings
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments using formal and informal tools
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions supporting children with a range of developmental needs
• Support children with conditions such as motor coordination difficulties, sensory processing challenges, ADHD, developmental delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Provide education and strategies to families and caregivers to support their child’s development
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with NDIS and clinical standards
About You
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist who is committed to improving outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Working With Children Check • National Police Clearance
• Valid driver’s licence for mobile roles
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working with children aged 2–12 years or adults
• Knowledge of sensory processing, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delay, or paediatric therapy
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teamsNew graduates are encouraged to apply.
