These full-time or part-time opportunities offer flexibility, strong professional support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact through NDIS-funded and community-based OT services.
About the roles
As an OT at YesAbility, you will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based interventions that support clients to build independence, achieve their goals, and improve everyday participation.
FIFO / travel (Perth vacancy only)
For the Perth-based OT vacancy, there may be requirements to support additional regional locations across WA via FIFO, by mutual agreement.
What you'll be doing:
Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to identify functional abilities, limitations and support needs
Develop and implement individualised, goal-based intervention plans
Deliver 1:1 therapy (and group sessions where appropriate)
Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
Complete high-quality documentation, progress notes and reports in line with regulatory/NDIS requirements
Participate in ongoing learning, supervision and professional development
What we're looking for:
Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
Minimum 2 years' experience as an OT (rehabilitation/disability/NDIS preferred)
Strong assessment, goal-setting and evidence-based intervention skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to inclusive, person-centred practice
