As The Grounds continues to expand and bring new venues to life, we’re opening the door for talented, creative Pastry Chefs to join us across all locations — from our vibrant venues to our production kitchen.
As a Pastry Chef at The Grounds, you will play a vital role in creating the amazing desserts and baked goods that our customers love!
We have part time & full time roles available.
What we're looking for:
2 + years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen
Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent)
Viennoiserie experience highly regarded
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A positive, team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work across days, nights and weekends
A genuine passion for quality ingredients and creative execution
Strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
What You’ll Need:
Full Australian working rights (citizens and permanent residents strongly encouraged to apply)
Employer sponsorship may be available for the right candidate under the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa , provided immigration requirements are met.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays
