You don't need piling experience — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we're looking for is attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

About you:

  • You're physically fit and enjoy hands-on work
  • Candidates must maintain a basic fitness level suitable for physical labouring tasks
  • You take pride in showing up, learning, and doing things properly
  • You work well in a team and can follow instructions
  • Experience in construction, concrete, or steel fixing is helpful (but not essential)
  • You've got a positive attitude and want more than just a job — you want a future
  • Sponsorship opportunities available for candidates who require work visa sponsorship
