We are a newly rebranded and fast-developing venue with a strong focus on product quality, consistency and authentic Italian preparation techniques. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can deliver excellence during service and contribute positively to our kitchen culture.
About the Role
This is a full-time position for a skilled Pizza Chef with solid experience in traditional Neapolitan pizza. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability in stretching, topping control and cooking pizzas in high-temperature ovens. The role requires discipline, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stretch, assemble and cook Neapolitan-style pizzas consistently to a high standard
Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation and waste control
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
Uphold Fornello product quality and presentation standards
Requirements
Proven experience in Neapolitan-style pizza production
Strong skills with dough handling, stretching and high-heat oven operation
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality
Reliable, professional and able to work as part of a team
Availability for immediate start
Long-term commitment to the role
