Duties
Perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of agricultural equipment, including tractors, telehandlers, and implements
Carry out maintenance and repairs on sprayers, mulchers, and other tractor attachments
Conduct both minor and major mechanical work, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
Complete electrical and air conditioning diagnostics and repairs (if suitably qualified)
Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (40-hour work week, very little overtime)
Accurately document work performed and liaise with the service team to maintain workflow efficiency
Adhere to safety procedures and manufacturer specifications at all times
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff to ensure timely job completion

Skills and experience
Trade-qualified mechanic with relevant certifications
Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural equipment, including tractors, telehandlers, and related machinery
Solid knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
Confident in performing both minor and major repairs independently
Familiarity with implements, sprayers, mulchers, and other tractor attachments is highly advantageous
Auto electrical and air conditioning experience is a plus, but not essential
Valid driver’s licence required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, suited to a small workshop environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards
Willingness to work a stable Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week)
Open to experienced visa holders – relocation support and temporary housing may be available
