• The Experience: 3+ years in a high-standard environment (cocktail bar, upscale dining, or busy gastropub).
• The Skillset: solid grasp of classic cocktail specs, speed of service, and impeccable station hygiene.
• The Vibe: You’re a "people person" who cares about guest experience and is able to team play.
• The Professionalism: punctuality, immaculate grooming, and a proactive approach to bar prep and maintenance.
