The Position:
Our client is currently seeing an Advanced/Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ready to take their career to the next level to take on the role as a Clinical Lead

Responsibilities will include:

• Fostering relationships with support coordinators and referral sources
• Assisting with recruitment, on boarding, and performance management
• Managing your own caseload - mixed clients across the lifespan
• Leading team meetings and supporting a positive workplace culture
• Collaborating with business and administration teams to optimise clinic efficiency
• Monitoring and driving clinic performance to meet KPI targets
• Providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in any allied health discipline
• Endorsed at either Proficient or Advanced Level in Behaviour Support
• Be Darwin based or be mobile and able to relocate to Darwin permanently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Organisational and time management skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
• A proactive and solution focused approach to therapy delivery
• Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a small team
