This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for organizing and managing projects within the Construction industry.

As a Project manager you will be responsible for the daily and overall affairs of the projects assigned to you. You will be expected to:

-           Manage resources; labour, materials, equipment etc.

-           Manage internal and external communication for these projects

-           Proactively bring your knowledge on waterproofing and tiling up to a high level that would be required for your day to day communication with builders and staff.

-           Prepare QA reports on these projects

-           Prepare weekly progress reports

-           Ensure that the projects run on time, within budget and to a high standard as far as quality is concerned.

-           Be proactive in your communications with builders, site staff and senior management.

-           Attend internal and external meetings as required.

-           Check scope of works at the start of each project to have a good understanding as to what is in the contract and what would be a variation.

-           Have a thorough understanding of the products you’re working with. Where not experienced in them, you’d be expected to be proactive to gain knowledge on these products/systems and their tolerances.

-           Pay a high level of attention to project costs and communicate to senior management where you feel costings may need revision.

-           Be flexible with your hours to suit day to day requirements.
