About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychologist to join our busy medical centre, working alongside an experienced team of GPs and allied health professionals. The role involves providing psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population within a collaborative primary care environment.

Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessment and therapy for adults, adolescents, and/or children.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary care planning.
• Support patients with common mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related disorders, and chronic disease adjustment.

Essential Requirements

• Registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Psychologist in Australia (AHPRA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in primary care or medical centre environments.
• Interest or experience in chronic disease mental health support.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations.
