About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Qualified Barber to join our busy regional shop in Bundaberg. With a high volume of local and visiting clientele, we need a professional who can deliver precision cuts and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality haircuts including skin fades, scissor work, and clipper work.
• Provide traditional cut-throat razor shaves and premium beard grooming services.
• Conduct client consultations to recommend styles and maintenance products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation independently.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Qualification: Certificate III in Barbering (SHB30516) or equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time industry experience.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of all modern and classic cutting techniques and face-shaving.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
