About the Role
You’ll be part of a motivated kitchen brigade delivering high-quality, consistent food in well-equipped kitchens with strong systems and workflows. Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chef, you’ll receive hands-on support, guidance, and opportunities to develop within a multi-venue group.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in à la carte or function service
• Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
• Passion for food and a positive team attitude
• Clean, calm, and efficient work habits
• For senior roles: ability to manage a section and prep independently
• Sponsorship may be considered for exceptional applicants
