Role Overview

Applicant Requirements

Education:

For local/national applicants:

4-year university degree/medical school qualification plus a 12-month internship.

For international applicants:

Hold valid medical training qualifications as recognised under the competent authority pathway or for the specialist pathway. These are details on the Medical Board of Australia’s website.

Experience

• 3 years of experience post-qualification
• Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Approachable and empathetic
• Meet the common registration standards for the related national boards, related to criminal history, English language skills, recency of practice, indemnity insurance and continual professional development
