Join our caring and committed aged care teams across Horsham (Kurronjong Lodge & Wimmera Nursing home), Dimboola, Edenhope, and Stawell. You'll deliver quality, resident-focused care while enjoying a regional lifestyle and opportunities for growth. Flexible hours available with the option to take on more as positions open.

The successful applicants will be excellent communicators with a sound understanding/knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Standards and Quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Caring for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings.
• Participate in the provision of resident focussed, holistic care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate evidence based nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents.
• Work collaboratively with the Care Community Manager to facilitate and foster best practice standards in nursing care to residents and their families and carers.

Qualifications and experience

• Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experience.
