The Role As a Registered Nurse at Wongaburra, you’ll:

• Deliver holistic, person-centered care to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, understanding and responding to their unique needs.
• Manage medication, wound care, and infection control.
• Lead a team of care staff and coordinate daily care plans.
• Collaborate with our holistic care team to promote residents’ lifestyle and wellbeing.
• Perform assessments, documentation, and complex clinical care with support from senior nurses.
