• 105-Bed Residential Aged Care Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established residential aged care facility located just 15 minutes from Narooma. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stability, career growth, and potential visa sponsorship.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care while providing leadership and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining safe, person-centred care for residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residents’ clinical and medical needs
• Completing and maintaining accurate documentation
• Leading and mentoring care staff
• Promoting strong WHS and clinical governance standards
• Upholding high standards of nursing care

About You

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification
• Current AHPRA registration
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Knowledge of AN-ACC and strong documentation skills
• A genuine passion for aged care

• Must have minimum 12 months experience in aged care in Australia
