About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our aged care residents. You’ll work closely with our care team to promote resident wellbeing, maintain clinical excellence, and uphold a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
• Oversee and support care staff to ensure best practice
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare partners
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some weekends
