We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our residential aged care services in Derby and Fitzroy Crossing, located in the stunning Kimberley region. International applicants seeking visa sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
About the role:
As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents’ needs in collaboration with the broader healthcare team, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
You will provide strong clinical leadership, including mentoring and supervision of care staff, while supporting compliance with AN-ACC requirements and aged care standards.
Employment details:
Full-time (75 hours per fortnight)
Rotating roster across days, evenings, nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition
Develop, implement and evaluate care plans in partnership with residents and their families
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and supervision to care staff
Liaise with medical and allied health professionals
Ensure compliance with organisational, professional and aged care standards
Support AN-ACC assessments and documentation
About You:
You will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
2+ years’ experience as an RN in an aged care setting (or equivalent)
Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes management
Sound understanding of medication systems
Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
Willingness to live and work in a regional/remote location
