Your next career opportunity
As a Postdoctoral Researcher in Numerical Cosmology, you will explore the complexities of inhomogeneous cosmology using state-of-the-art numerical relativity simulations. You’ll investigate gravitational lensing effects, contribute to high-impact publications, and work collaboratively with leading researchers while also developing your own independent research projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct Innovative Research: Engage in numerical cosmology, contributing to high-impact publications and advancing the field.
Collaborate and Communicate: Engage with professional bodies and stakeholders, fostering partnerships and disseminating research findings.
Mentor and Educate: Contribute to the supervision of research students.

You may be a great fit if:
You have a PhD in physics or astrophysics, with demonstrated experience in numerical cosmology and a passion for advancing research in general relativity. You will have a sound publication record in relevant areas and excellent oral and written skills in English.
You may also:
Have expertise in high-performance computing and programming languages like Python or C++.
Show enthusiasm for cosmology and general relativity research.
Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Have experience in engaging with professional colleagues.
