Your Role
This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
Plena are excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.
To be considered, you will hold:
General AHPRA registration
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
