Lucette is our new French bistro on Bowral’s High Street, right in the heart of the Southern Highlands, just 90 minutes from Sydney. We’ve opened strong and are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join the team to help lead the floor.
This role suits a calm, capable leader who enjoys running a polished service, building a strong team culture and setting clear standards day to day. You’ll work closely with the owners and senior management team to deliver warm, consistent hospitality built around great food, thoughtful service and attention to detail.
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up
• A love of elevated and contemporary French dining delivered without pretence
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to guide and motivate a team
• Excellent service standards and an eye for detail in a fast paced, high end environment
• Confidence managing busy services with a calm, steady presence
• A genuine love of hospitality, people and creating a great guest experience
