Avalon Restaurant is seeking an experienced and professional Floor Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is suited to a hospitality leader who enjoys working on the floor, leading by example, and delivering consistently high service standards in a quality dining environment.

Full-time role
Tuesday to Saturday roster
Competitive remuneration based on experience and knowledge

Key responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house service operations
Lead, train, and support the floor team
Ensure a high standard of guest experience and service consistency
Work closely with kitchen and management during service
Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and service flow
About you
Minimum 3 years in a similar role as a supervisor or floor manager in a quality restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident, organised, and calm during service
Wine knowledge not essential, but appreciated
Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship
