About the role

Gemelli Italian James St is looking for an experienced and well trained hospitality professional to join our busy team. You will be in charge of daily operation of our 120 seat restaurant.  Must have previous experience running a busy a la carte venue and managing a team of staff.

Duties

Work closely with assistant restaurant managers to ensure smooth operation
Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
Managing and coordinating all events and functions
Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role.
Full working rights in Australia with the opportunity of sponsorship further down the line.
A calm and professional approach to their job
Strong communication skills
Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
Staff and customer service focused
