Kaali Gourmet Indian Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff
Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation
Manage staff rosters, inventory, and supplier orders
Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
A minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience is required
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace regulations
Basic Food Handling certification is required
Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skill
