As the Store Manager for Caboolture Park Newsagency, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Caboolture, QLD, 4510. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for the retail industry.
What you'll be doing
Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service
Minimum 2-5 people team management experience required
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
Ensure that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Analyse store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company objectives
Handle daily Tatts Lotto transactions, including ticket sales and payouts
Understand and promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
