Role Description
As a national company, we are recruiting full-time, on-site Sales Engineers across our Australian branches ( QLD / NSW / VIC / WA / SA ).
Responsibilities:Technical Sales & Solution Support
Understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation on aluminium canopies, toolboxes, trailers and custom solutions
Prepare proposals, specifications and quotations
Develop tailored solutions with clients
Business Development
Identify new opportunities across retail and commercial sectors
Build relationships with trades, fleet operators and corporate clients
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Project & Customer Support
Coordinate with production, design and R&D teams
Manage orders from concept to delivery within agreed time-frames
Conduct site visits, provide technical support and ensure compliance standards
After-Sales & Relationship Management
Maintain long-term client relationships
Provide ongoing product support and assist with warranty/service coordination
About you
Strong Sales and Sales Engineering skills, including the ability to analyse customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Experience in Technical Support, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and their practical applications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
Industry experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
