Due to ongoing project demand, MYAC Resources is seeking an experienced Salesforce + Conga Specialist to support and enhance CRM and document automation platforms for a client operating in a structured, process-driven environment.

These roles offer stable full-time employment, exposure to enterprise-level systems, and the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders. Successful candidates will commence via MYAC Resources, with performance reviewed during the initial development period.

About the Role

As a Salesforce + Conga Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of Salesforce CRM and Conga tools (including Conga Composer and/or Conga CLM). You will play a key role in improving business efficiency through automation of contracts, proposals, and reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce & Conga System Support

• Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce CRM
• Manage and enhance Conga Composer and/or Conga CLM
• Automate contracts, quotes, proposals, and reports
• Maintain templates, workflows, and approval processes
• Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and reliability

Process Improvement & Automation

• Work with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline CRM and document workflows
• Support enhancements, testing, and system updates
• Provide system support and troubleshooting as required

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain system documentation and configuration records
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and best practices
• Support data integrity and reporting requirements

What We’re Looking For Essential

• Proven experience working with Salesforce (Admin, Specialist, Consultant, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Conga Composer and/or Conga CLM
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and document automation
• Ability to follow structured processes and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Australian work rights preferred; visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or similar)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Experience working in Agile or project-based environments
