About the Role
As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of high-quality beauty treatments while ensuring every client enjoys a relaxing and personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of beauty treatments to a high standard, including waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, and eyelash extensions
Conduct professional client consultations and provide tailored skincare and product recommendations
Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming and relaxing salon environment
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards across all treatment areas
Clean, sanitize, sterilize, and maintain all tools and equipment after each use
Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate and confidential client records
Assist with daily salon operations, including workstation preparation and inventory checks
Train, mentor, and support junior staff and trainees in nail and beauty services
Stay up to date with current beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations
Build strong, long-term client relationships and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (Certificate III, IV, or Diploma)
Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa, or similar environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge across a wide range of beauty treatments and therapies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client care
A genuine passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends
Leadership potential with a willingness to mentor junior staff and grow into future management roles
