Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous, or Sous Chef within a premium dining or high-end venue
Proven track record of leadership, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support a cohesive kitchen team
Strong culinary foundation and mastery of diverse techniques and cuisine styles, including experience cooking with fire
Demonstrated experience with any form of fire cooking techniques and equipment
Deep respect for quality produce and a passion for working with Australia's most exceptional, locally sourced ingredients
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing flavour-driven, modern dishes
Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Solid product knowledge and the ability to make sound, confident decisions under pressure
Professional presentation, impeccable grooming standards, and meticulous attention to detail
A positive, self-motivated, and professional attitude, with strong communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
