About the Role

Senior clinical position with leadership and mentoring responsibilities

Full-scope dentistry including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, implant, and advanced procedures (as desired) * Opportunity to help build and elevate a high-performance clinical team

Work alongside 35+ year experienced dentist in a well-established and respected practice

Earnings & Progression

Proven high earnings: Clinicians routinely earn $350,000+ per annum, with monthly production commonly exceeding $75,000

Transparent commission structure: 35–40%, based on experience and performance

Daily guarantee: $500 per day as a safety net if production is not met
No corporate KPIs or earning caps — income scales directly with performance

Essential Requirements

AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)

Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Strong diagnostic, case acceptance, and communication skills

Demonstrated or near-demonstrated production of $75,000+ per month

Leadership mindset with a commitment to mentoring and team development

Long-term commitment to high clinical and ethical standards
