The opportunity has arisen for a values- and results-driven HR professional who wants to be part of a collaborative site senior management team to join a well-known market-leading brand and lead their site-based HR team, supported by a supportive and well-resourced corporate office HR team.

About the Role:
This is an operational role where you will be hands-on, across the employment life cycle, and working within the frameworks of the broader business in balance with the requirements of the site itself.

This role provides site-functional Human Resources leadership, support, and direction to deliver the wider HR strategic vision and is responsible for site-based employment activities and matters. Our client is established and growing and operates within an EBA and unionised environment.

Managing a small HR team, you will influence and drive an engaged workforce through a range of programs, such as leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and remuneration and benefits.

About You:
The successful incumbent will be an energetic, proactive Senior HR BP, HR Manager, or HR Leader with outstanding coaching and influencing skills. You will have tertiary qualifications, extensive HR generalist experience and knowledge of unionised workforces.

The successful candidate must live and work close to the town, where the site is located, so the successful candidate must be prepared to relocate. If you have strong experience, knowledge of industrialised, blue-collar, and exposure to Australian Workplace Relations, or equivalent transferrable experience, then relocation support is provided, so candidates from any location are encouraged to apply.

This could be permanent up front, or a contract with a view to permanent for those in-between work or able to start immediately.
