About the role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist at LPF, you'll:
Be an active member of a multidisciplinary team within our Autism Diagnostic Clinic.
Plan and implement one-to-one therapy tailored to each client's communication needs
Educate and empower families, caregivers, and educators to support therapy outcomes in daily life
Support the professional development of colleagues through mentoring and supervision.
What we're looking for
SPA Membership
Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
Minimum 1-2 years of child and adolescent therapy experience.
A passion for supporting children with autism and developmental challenges.
1-2 years of direct experience working with children with autism and developmental disorders.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Working with Children Check must be obtained within 30 days of commencement.
Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
