About the role

As a Senior Speech Pathologist at LPF, you'll:

• Be an active member of a multidisciplinary team within our Autism Diagnostic Clinic.
• Plan and implement one-to-one therapy tailored to each client's communication needs
• Educate and empower families, caregivers, and educators to support therapy outcomes in daily life
• Support the professional development of colleagues through mentoring and supervision.

What we're looking for

• SPA Membership
• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
• Minimum 1-2 years of child and adolescent therapy experience.
• A passion for supporting children with autism and developmental challenges.
• 1-2 years of direct experience working with children with autism and developmental disorders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Working with Children Check must be obtained within 30 days of commencement.
• Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.
