This Technology specialist is growing and needs two Senior Consultants to join their team. The Role:

• This is a client-facing 360° recruitment role including business development, account management, and delivery.
• Ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job vacancy advertising, interviewing, applicant testing, applicant selection, client presentations, and placement.
• Build candidate relationships through proactive phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and providing market knowledge and advice.
• Develop market and commercial awareness through research and networking.
• Guide candidates through the selection, interview, and offer stages.
• Provide post-placement support to both candidates and clients as required.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years+ Agency recruitment experience
• IT sector recruitment experience
• Proven 360° recruitment and new business development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Drive, ambition, and focus
