Requisites:
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM, particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
Design and implement Service Mapping - business critical services and integrate with CMDB.
Develop and customize patterns, probes, and sensors to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
Service Mapping supports Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
