About the role
On behalf of our clients, we are seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in Perth, Western Australia. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative healthcare provider, providing high-quality speech therapy services to a diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions to clients of all ages
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care
Maintain detailed client records, write reports, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Participate in professional development activities, contribute to research projects, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in speech pathology
Mentor and support junior speech pathologists, providing guidance and supervision as needed
What we're looking for
This role is ideal for clinicians with experience in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), dysphagia, and feeding therapy, who are looking for career growth, leadership opportunities, and potential employer visa sponsorship in Australia.
Minimum 3+ years of specialised experience in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), dysphagia, and feeding therapy is required.
Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience
Registered with the Speech Pathology Australia and eligibility for full membership
Expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in both paediatric and adult populations
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for the field of speech pathology
