About the Role

We are a growing commercial kitchen equipment service company seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. The role involves servicing, fault-finding, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment across hospitality and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment
• Fault-finding on gas, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Breakdown repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance
• Provide professional customer service on-site
• Complete job reports and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with WHS and industry standards

Equipment You’ll Work On

• Combi ovens
• Commercial dishwashers & glasswashers
• Cool rooms & freezer rooms
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• Cooktops, ranges & grills
• Deep fryers
• Other commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service jobs
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Current driver’s licence
