We are a small but fast-growing business with a strong focus on design, quality, and customer service. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a high-performing and motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team and help take the company to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting stone and tile products for residential and commercial projects (in showroom, via phone, and email)
Combine sales expertise with design guidance to help customers bring their projects to life
Liaise with homeowners, designers, builders, architects, and trade professionals
Prepare quotes and assist throughout the project process
Work closely with our in-house design, logistics, and manufacturing teams
Maintain showroom presentation and organise product samples
Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows when required
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of sales experience (showroom or consultative sales preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for design, architecture, and premium products
Confidence working independently and within a small team
A customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Previous experience in stone, tiles, construction, or building materials (highly regarded)
A long-term mindset and enthusiasm to grow with the business
A current Australian driver’s licence
