At Graystone Tiles, we import premium natural stone and carefully source high-quality tiles for a wide range of architectural applications. Our products are used in both residential and commercial projects, indoors and outdoors.

We are a small but fast-growing business with a strong focus on design, quality, and customer service. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a high-performing and motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team and help take the company to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting stone and tile products for residential and commercial projects (in showroom, via phone, and email)
• Combine sales expertise with design guidance to help customers bring their projects to life
• Liaise with homeowners, designers, builders, architects, and trade professionals
• Prepare quotes and assist throughout the project process
• Work closely with our in-house design, logistics, and manufacturing teams
• Maintain showroom presentation and organise product samples
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows when required

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of sales experience (showroom or consultative sales preferred)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for design, architecture, and premium products
• Confidence working independently and within a small team
• A customer-focused and results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in stone, tiles, construction, or building materials (highly regarded)
• A long-term mindset and enthusiasm to grow with the business
• A current Australian driver’s licence
