Site Manager – Busy Roadhouse, Kitchen & Liquor Store (Busselton WA Area)

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a busy roadhouse with a kitchen and liquor store in the beautiful Busselton region of WA.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety — from leading a team to ensuring great customer service, managing daily operations, and keeping the site running smoothly. Our site serves locals, travellers, and truckies who drop in regularly for great food and friendly service.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the roadhouse, kitchen, and liquor store
• Lead and support a small, close-knit team
• Manage stock, cash handling, and compliance
• Maintain high standards in food safety, liquor licensing, and presentation
• Work closely with ownership to meet business goals

About You:

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or site management
• Confident leading staff and handling multiple areas of a business
• Strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of food safety and liquor licensing requirements
• Australian working rights (visa sponsorship may be considered for the right person)
