About the Role

Join a well-established developer-builder delivering thoughtfully designed residential community projects across Sydney's north. This opportunity is suited to either an experienced Site Manager ready to take ownership of active builds, or a driven Site Supervisor looking to step into a clear leadership pathway.

You'll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day construction activity, managing trades and subcontractors, maintaining safety and ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations.

Fluent Mandarin and English communication is a mandatory requirement due to regular interaction with international suppliers and stakeholders.

Current live projects are located in Dural and Galston, including early-stage construction with Class 2 buildings and final-stage delivery of purpose-designed seniors living villas. With a secure pipeline of upcoming developments, this is a genuine long-term career opportunity with progression into senior leadership and Project Management.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities across active project sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain workflow and programme
• Monitor WHS compliance, site documentation and safety standards
• Track construction progress, quality outcomes and reporting requirements
• Support structural, building and finishing works in line with plans and specifications
• Lead site personnel and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Opportunities available at both Site Supervisor and Site Manager level depending on experience.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in site supervision or site management within residential or multi-residential construction
• Relevant construction or building qualification highly regarded
• Fluent Mandarin and English - essential and non-negotiable
• Strong leadership, coordination and on-site problem-solving capability
• Confident communicator able to manage trades and subcontractors effectively
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to work across a Monday-Saturday construction schedule
