As a Social Worker, you will play a key role in empowering individuals living with psychosocial disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Working within a multidisciplinary allied health team, you will provide both coordination and direct support to clients and their families.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering psychosocial (mental health) support and assessments
Preparing plan review reports and biopsychosocial/family assessments
Developing and implementing individual and budget plans
Collaborating with allied health professionals to coordinate support services
Supporting individuals and families experiencing social disadvantage
Providing coordination of supports or specialised support coordination

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related in Australia
AASW Registration
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Active listening skills and empathy
Valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (within 6 months), Driver's Licence, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Recent graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Desirable:
Experience with clients with dual diagnoses, forensic disability, or forensic mental health
Knowledge and experience working within the NDIS framework
Experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities
Willingness to travel locally as required
