Looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced, busy kitchen? We’re one of WA’s top restaurant breweries, and we need a strong, creative chef to join our awesome team!

Your Role:

• Lead the kitchen alongside our Executive Chef, Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef
• Help plan menus and develop new dishes
• Manage daily kitchen ops, keeping everything running smoothly
• Inspire and support the team to deliver top-quality food and service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a busy kitchen
• Strong team leader who knows how to motivate and get the best out of others
• Passionate about food and creativity
• Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to hygiene, food safety, and a high standard of work
