With 150 seats, two dining rooms, and two fully equipped kitchens including a dedicated prep kitchen, we deliver refined Italian cuisine at scale, 7 days a week from 11:30am until late.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sous Chef who wants more than just a job — someone who wants influence, progression, and the chance to contribute to one of Queensland's most respected kitchens.

What You Will Be Doing
• Leading, motivating, and developing the brigade
• Maintaining elite standards across a high-volume, high-quality service
• Taking ownership across both kitchens
• Bringing creativity and precision to Italian cuisine
• Upholding systems, structure, food safety, and kitchen discipline
• Being a dependable second-in-command for the Head Chef
