The Role
Primarily paediatric NDIS caseload
Support children with Autism, Global Developmental Delay, speech and language delay, AAC needs, and related presentations
Flexible service delivery: clinic, school, home
5 billable hours per day (sessions, planning, travel, documentation, and reports included)
Performance bonuses available at 80% caseload
New Graduate Support
Structured onboarding with gradual caseload ramp-up
Max 2–3 new clients per day during onboarding
Weekly one-on-one supervision
Multidisciplinary team support
Internal PD, Lunch & Learns, and development days
About You
Degree in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (mandatory)
Interest or experience in paediatrics and/or NDIS
Interest in speech, language, AAC, and social communication
Valid driver’s licence and Working With Children Check
Australian-based or overseas applicants welcome
