I'm working with a fantastic, purpose-driven organisation looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their supportive, values-led team. If you're passionate about helping individuals with disabilities and their families, this is a role where your work truly makes a difference.
Based out of their Joondalup clinic, you'll also provide therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, making an impact where it matters most.
About the Role
As part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver speech therapy across Early Intervention, School-Age, and Adult programs. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering evidence-based communication interventions, including AAC
Conducting standardised and specialist assessments
Collaborating with families, carers, and other stakeholders to create inclusive, empowering environments
Leading programs such as Hanen parent coaching, Positive Behaviour Support, and mealtime management
Running engaging group therapy sessions across all ages
About You
Degree-qualified in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership
Person-centred, passionate about helping individuals with disabilities thrive
Experience with NDIS clients is a plus
NDIS Worker Check and WWCC required
New graduates encouraged-mentorship and structured supervision provided
